Clean Mold Damage School

A facilities director at a school in Santa Clarita, CA called SERVPRO of Burbank after a wind driven and ongoing leak in a mechanical room and elevator shaft caused mold growth. We began the mechanical room remediation by setting up a zipper containment door and followed by cutting out all of the drywall with mold damage.  After disposing of the debris, SERVPRO of Burbank applied disinfectant to all of the remaining materials and HEPA vacuumed the entire area. We completed the work by detail-cleaning the entire area. The school was very pleased SERVPRO of Burbank was able to remediate the mold so quickly and safely!
