Slow Leak Mold Damage
Mold growth that becomes visible on building surfaces means it has been growing for quite some time already. The only way to completely remediate mold in a building is to remove all affected materials. Such was the case with this Los Angeles homeowner. He noticed mold growth on his ceiling due to a slow pipe leak in the ceiling and before we could get there, he had already tried removing the mold damage himself. Proper containment was not set up which posed serious concerns for the rest of his home. As soon as we arrived, we built a containment around the affected area, began air filtration and removed all remaining affected materials. As you’ll note in the picture, we treated the area with the utmost care and readied it now for the rebuild. Another job well done!
