Toilet Flood Clean Up

Homeowners in Chatsworth, CA came home from a vacation to find the remnants of a toilet tank with water flowing throughout their home for more than two days! SERVPRO of Burbank arrived on the scene and found that the home, which contained mostly carpeting, was a soggy mess! A shocking six rooms were affected by the water damage, including materials such as carpeting, cabinetry and drywall. We set up high powered fans and arranged for the contents of the home to be packed up and stored safely for the family. After trying to dry out the carpeting and pads SERVPRO of Burbank found it was a total loss and removed these damaged materials.  The home was found to contain asbestos so our team marked the walls that would need to be removed and the abatement company was ready to come complete the next steps of the job!
