A medical real estate group contacted SERVPRO of Burbank after a burst water line flooded 8 commercial units and professional office space. Anytime a major flood to this caliber strikes a property, we have crews standing by and ready to save the day. These pictures only show 1 waiting room flooded and after water extraction was complete, air movers and dehumidification units were placed to speed up the drying process. With almost 60 air movers 15 dehumidifiers units strategically placed throughout the flooded medical facility running 24 hours a day, we were able to help the tenants get their businesses back up and running with minimal interruption.
