Supply Line Leak

A home owner in Canoga Park, CA called SERVPRO of Burbank for help when her toilet, shower and kitchen sink began overflowing as a result of mainline backup. We arrived and found water had spilled over in two bathrooms, a hallway and kitchen. In the bathroom shown, we cleaned the shower with disinfectant. SERVPRO of Burbank detached the toilet and removed the wet flooring. After finding the sub floor was also wet, we placed a dehumidifier to stabilize the environment and dry out the materials overnight. SERVPRO of Burbank then disinfected the sub floor and the job was ready for the contractor to finish.
