A condo owner in Woodland Hills, CA called SERVPRO of Burbank for help when she came home to a big mess in her kitchen. An undetected leak in her refrigerator supply line was the cause, and we immediately began extracting water from the area. We placed a dehumidifier to stabilize the environment overnight. The next day SERVPRO of Burbank moved several major appliances and removed the engineered wood flooring. Next we scraped the floor and HEPA vacuumed the area.
