Toilet Flood Water Damage

When a North Hills, CA family came home from work & school, they found an upstairs toilet had overflowed and spilled into the hallway and seeped through the floor, damaging the garage below. They immediately called SERVPRO of Burbank who arrived and assessed the damage. First, we extracted the remaining sewage water to prevent further damage. Next, SERVPRO of Burbank placed dehumidification units to stabilize the environment and prevent secondary damage such as mold. SERVPRO of Burbank unfortunately needed to remove the affected building materials which included both flooring and sections of drywall as seen in the pictures. This family was now ready for a contractor to finish the job!
