Washing machine Water Damage

When a condo owner in Toluca Lake, CA notices water in her entryway, she is told her neighbor’s washing machine valve leak is to blame. Our team placed high powered fans to begin drying materials, checking the progress over two days. We left a dehumidifier and fan to ensure the wood framing would dry properly and in just one day found that the entryway was completely dry and ready for the contractor to come out and complete the job.
