Black Mold Clean Up

A property manager called SERVPRO of Burbank after an ongoing leak in an apartment led to tenant complaints of a terrible smell. After inspecting the unit, SERVPRO of Burbank found visible mold growth behind furniture and along a carpet tack strip in the bedroom. Due to moisture in the wall, we opened the wall to find visible mold in the drywall as well. SERVPRO of Burbank set-up containment to protect the tenants, and removed all of the damaged drywall, carpet and carpet padding. Next the framing and flooring was cleaned and disinfected and the job was ready for a contractor to complete. Another job well done by SERVPRO of Burbank!
