Toilet Leak Flood

When a home owner in Castaic, CA notices water has leaked throughout her house, she called SERVPRO of Burbank to come help. Our team found that the leak had caused water damage to her bathroom, vanity area, closet, bedroom, downstairs ceiling and living room. In the living room pictured, SERVPRO of Burbank removed the carpet, padding and tackstrips and set up high powered fans to dry the remaining materials. We removed carpet and padding from the upstairs bedroom and closet, setting up fans to dry the remaining materials. In the bathroom and vanity area SERVPRO of Burbank removed the vinyl flooring and left fans to dry the area. Within six days, all of the materials were dry and demolition was complete. The home owner was pleased that she could finally call her contractor to complete the work!
